I agree with your rules but the Ferengi wouldn't (but then, when DS9 left off they were starting to undergo some reforms because their homeworld was threatened by climate change, so maybe they added new Rules of Acquisition for a more Sustainable Capitalism?). In case you're not a Trekkie, I am sorry for geeking out.
