It should probably be mentioned that Hoover is slowly working his way out of this list since he is the President who is remembered for reacting completely wrong in the face of the Great Depression (two weeks ago, I had literally never heard of him, but since then, his name has come up from time to time). I've always had a soft spot for the kid nobody talks to in class.
