AND IT WORKS. I like to cook, but I don't particularly enjoy baking - especially because it makes my kitchen look like a battlefield - but this amazing. I wasn't sure how long it would take in the microwave but if you use baking powder, the cake starts to rise and then it's done - it took about three minutes at 600 Watt.
